Thonon Folz realizes that privacy is very important and therefore takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. We store the e-mails you send from the moment we receive your first request. We process personal data for the following purposes:

Choices for recording your personal data
Naturally, Thonon Folz offers the option to change, transfer or delete any personal information currently provided to us. You can send us this request by e-mail, after which we will remove the information you have provided from our file.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, please send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.

Thonon Folz does not make decisions on the basis of automated processing in relation to matters that could have consequences, considerable or otherwise, for individuals. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without human intervention.
